One of our favorite Denver restaurants is Fruition, in the Capitol Hill area. Wonderful locally sourced produce and dairy products from their own farm. Food & Wine magazine named Owner/chef Alex Seidel one of America's best new chefs. We've eaten here a half dozen times and it never disappoints.
