From Taipei street food to Michelin star dining in a one day. Named for Taiwan’s most famous flower, the plum blossom, Mume is a delightful experience. Hong Kong born chef/owner Richie Lin has an impressive pedigree with stints at Quay in Sydney and Noma in Copenhagen before moving to Taiwan some 10 years ago. Lin combines his international outlook, Nordic-inspired plating and passion for Taiwanese produce into a wonderful culinary treat.
