What a delight to be back for dinner at August Jakarta, an intimate, chic restaurant in SCBD's Sequis Tower. Amazing Indonesian influenced contemporary food, creatively presented and wonderful service from a welcoming staff. Thank you Chef @hanschristian_ and @bwcahyadi for another memorable culinary evening.

Hot and Sour Mushroom, Anadliman Oil

Octopus, Corn Laksa, Smoked Grapes

White Fish, Bilimbi, Ginger Flower

Wagyu Striploin, Black Curry, Snake Fruit

On to dessert, starting with Jasmine Sencha, CItrus, Yoghurt

Sourdough Ice Cream, Mulberry, Cashew

And the amazing Teh Kotak, a one bite explosion of flavor.

And delighful and amazing meal from one on new favorites.   The bill is a little scary at first glance, but an incredible value converted to only US$166 including tax and service.
