Thanksgiving in the Mountains

With family scattered all over the country, it's been a few years since everyone has been together and at Thanksgiving.  But thanks to United, JSX and Airbnb this is the year.   And a group of 17 makes it a challenge to find a home large enough and with the right room and bed count.  Fortunately, we found a lovely Airbnb in the Lewis Ranch community at Copper Mountain, about 75 minutes from Denver.

To make it even better, we had private chefs from BreckChefs.com cater dinner each night.  Wednesday night was Italian night.

And a birthday cake for someone.

Fresh snow overnight.

First time skiiing in 10 years.
